Our client, a leading application provider within the workflow, asset and building management industry, have an excellent opportunity to work as a member of the Technical Response Support Department providing a high quality of remote technical support to their customers and external contractors, ensuring that the standards of these services are in line with the Company quality image.

Location: Fleet
Salary: Up to GBP21k per annum plus benefits
Hours: 4on/4off shift rota (on rotations of (Apply online only), 14.00-21.00, 21:00-07:00) a 60-minute break for lunch.

You will be working in a scheduled rota system as a member of the Technical Response Team to provide a remote technical telephone support service for all their customers, contractors and their own field engineers. Responding to automated technical alarm calls generated by their call centre software, complete within defined time scales, all actions or customer contact pertaining to the incident. Interrogating the relevant critical alarms and taking the necessary and appropriate actions in the accordance with Company policies and Technical Response Team alarm handling procedures. Documenting and recording within their online call centre software all actions taken following alarm interrogation or as a result of a customer request.
Carrying out controlled software configuration updates, system downloads, system information retrieval and in-house configuration testing as requested by the Technical Support Manager.
