Permanent / Part-Time / Site Based
The Opportunity
A thriving industrious and innovative manufacturing business Based in Loughborough are seeking to appoint an experienced HR support within an Assistant / Administrative capacity on a part -time basis. There is a good degree of flexibility as to how the 2o hours per week are done over 3, 4 or 5 days.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, handling the basic enquiries whilst escalating those needs that require the manager's input. In addition, you will be in charge if the maintenance of employee ensuring best practice in the tracking and communication of employee data, time, attendance / nonattendance.
You will also provide day to day admin support in the creation and issuing of HR communications whilst also occasionally being involved in minute taking for employee relations meetings.
The Candidate
You will be able to demonstrate experience within a HR function, ideally having worked previously in a role supporting a HR professional or a team of Advisors. Given this experience, you should know well the inner workings of an effective HR dept.
You should also be confident around a PC with a good working knowledge of MS Office, and databases.
CIPD Level 3 or above would be desirable
