Asset Intelligence are recruiting for a Maintenance Performance and Standards Coordinator to join the team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

The role will support the business to define, create and implement maintenance policies, strategies and practices optimised for best added value. Facilitate the review of planned maintenance routines PMRs, asset maintenance strategies such as rotating equipment, and pressure vessels, and maintenance work orders, and guidance notes with key stakeholders and to ensure ongoing system integrity and compliance with those standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and control the Maintenance Management System documentation between project teams and external parties such as sub-contractors.

  • Standard content management system and work alongside the business to improve its user experience and exploit future innovations.

  • Safeguard the relevant data hierarchies, to ensure that it is maintained and developed in a manner that assists the business to reduce operational risk and maximise business benefit.

  • Coordinate the review of documentation, to ensure that documented Planned Maintenance Routines PMRs, maintenance strategies, maintenance procedures, processes and practices are current and reviewed, consulted, approved and published in line with the company document management process.

  • Facilitate the review maintenance workshops, maintain the document control processes and ensure appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material.

  • Perform quality assurance checks of all maintenance documentation, lead the transition period through maintenance standards into PMR module, and ensure all maintenance standards have been transferred and then became redundant.

  • Manage the timely and quality assured implementation of agreed maintenance strategies into corporate systems.

  • Book internal and external meetings and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to ensure an agenda is circulated and meeting venue arrangements are prepped beforehand.

  • Produce, collate information, organise & send out relevant documentation in advance to the meetings.

  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties and projects as requested by MSO team manager.

  • Support MSO team manager with diary, meeting coordination and project support.

What does it take to be a Maintenance Performance & Standards Coordinator?

  • Considerable experience of Engineering and Maintenance Projects, dealing with receipt, control and distribution of documentation from multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties .

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an interest in writing, taking minutes during the MSO team managers meetings, editing strategic communication

  • Knowledge and experience of management systems and processes.

  • Understanding of data hierarchies and structures.

  • Experience with CMMS such as SAP

  • Broad knowledge of water utility activities or oil and gas industry.

  • Understanding of Business risks.

  • Understanding of asset maintenance management system

  • Understanding of ISO 55000.

  • The ability to deliver quality work against tight timescales.
