Here at Merton College, we are now looking for a Student Payments Administrator to support the Student Funds Co-ordinator in various administrative tasks associated with processing student finance to the Colleges’ students. This includes LSF applications (16-18, 19+ Hardship and Child Care funding), Adult Learner Loan (ALL) and Merton Adult Education (MAE) applications, HE Hardship and Inclusion applications.
We’re looking for an individual who has substantial experience of working within a complex administrative environment and who has an advanced level of computer literacy with accurate keyboard and data entry skills. Comfortable working under pressure and to strict deadlines, you will be able to use initiative, organise and prioritise and work effectively as part of a team. You’ll also need good communication skills both orally and in writing and be able to produce reports to a variety of audiences.
