About our client
We are currently working with a Global Organisation, who have a large manufacturing base in Redditch. Our client is a specialist within the food industry, leading the way by sourcing the highest quality ingredients, currently have requirements for a Technical Compliance Technician to join their company on a permanent basis.
Purpose of the role:
To ensure accurate compliance of product export technical legal and customer documentation.
Responsibilities
Compile internal traceability reports for export documentation requirements
Populate customer export databases with product traceability data
Monitor raw material supplier export data and certification requirements to ensure full finished produce export technical level compliance
Liaise with suppliers, customers and system providers to ensure accurate data completion at all levels
Prepare and process documentation for certification officer support attestation/certificate generation visits.
Analyse and report on factory technical paperwork to drive compliance to a high standard
Work with all factory department to ensure compliance in traceability and recordkeeping for all documentation
Support technical management with administrative tasks and improvements to ensure technical systems are compliant with required third party audit and customer code of practice standards
To be a vital member of the site audit traceability team
Work positively and cross-functionality with all department to drive continuous improvement in export and technical compliance systems.
Fully understand and comply with all department and company policies and guidelines.The successful candidate:
Proven experience of working in the food industry ideally within the capacity of a compliance / technical/ QA or data analyst / finance role
Posses traceability experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Database applications
Excellent level of attention to detail with 100% accuracy
Excellent level capability and knowledge of the English Language both written and verbal.
