Job Title: Onboarding Manager
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP50,000 per annum (DOE) + Company Benefits
Industry: Engineering (although no experience in this industry previously is required for this role)

The Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with the Directors on discussions about new roles for the business - drawing up job briefs, onboarding and initial scouting of new talent that is introduced via us as the agency.
This role is primed for a person who loves to make a difference, someone who wants to be strategic in talent attraction and brand awareness in the job market as well as being business minded - keeping focus on what will work best for the people!
