Salary - Up to GBP25k basic + Bonus
Our client, a successful manufacturing company, are going from strength to strength. They are looking for 4 x experienced Machine Setter / Machine Operatives / Machinist / Machine Operator staff to join their team.
PLEASE READ: The hours of work are a "3 shift" rota (full time, 40-hour week), on rotating early (6am - 2pm), late (2pm - 10pm) and night shifts (10pm - 6am).
Required Experience:
• Experience of working in manufacturing/production as a Machinist / Machine Setter
• You will have experience of using various hand tools.
• You will know the importance of working safely, are able to follow instructions, and learn fast whilst working to a high standard.
• FLT (Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver) experience would be an advantage, but not essential
Responsibilities:
• Operating fully automated high speed resistance welding machinery.
• Undertake the necessary setting adjustments to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Undertake machine set-up routines to facilitate product change.
• Manufacturing all product to tolerances.
• Ensure health and safety protocol is adhered to all times.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are always maintained.
