A medium sized Main Contractor with a turnover of circa GBP175m and a strong presence across the commercial fit out and healthcare sectors require an Assistant Technical Services Manager to join their business. As Assistant TSM you will initially work on an GBP8m Cat A and B fit out project in Wembley. Shadowing a senior member of their services team you will tasked with managing the M&E pakage for the duration of the project given a lot of support and gaining development in the role of technical services manager.
The company are ideally looking for someone who is currently acting as a project engineer or well established site manager who wants to make the move across to a main contractor to continue their development, similarly someone acting in a similar main contracting services role, mechanically biased is preferable but not essential.
The role requires a pro-active, motivated person with a desire to learn and progress within an organisation that values staff development and places a high level of importance on ensuring that their staff are well looked after and receive necessary training.
Salary circa GBP50k-GBP60k + package depending on experience.
