Core responsibilities will typically include:
You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for vacancies at the Head office, the Distribution centre and in the field.
Delivering on multiple vacancies concurrently; sourcing for candidates, scheduling & carrying out interviews, networking & headhunting.
Build strong relationships internally, coaching HOD's on recruitment and selection
Recruitment administration and reporting.
Build employer brand, developing online presence through social channels.
Management of recruitment agencies & job boards.
HR Administration & reporting.
Keeping the SAP HR system up to date.
Liaising with the external HR Consultant as required.
Provide high level EA support; email and diary management for MD & 2 Directors.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Experience in a recruitment / talent acquisition role either agency or client side.
Proactive and creative approach to permanent recruitment.
Competent working with job boards, video platforms etc.
Experienced in candidate management, shortlisting, screening and interviewing.
Outstanding communication and organisation skills.
Collaborative and flexible approach, ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Natural affinity for detail.
Solid administration, diary management and email management experience.
Competent Systems skills: MS Office, Recruitment & HR Software.
Ideal: previous experience with HR administration / EA support
