Experienced Glue Minder required for leading independent manufacturer based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities will include setup and running of a state of the are Glue Line, whilst ensuring that quality and productivity targets are met and maintained.
Experience of running machines which are capable of running both hot and cold glues is highly desirable, however candidates with a good amount of continuous improvement & lean manufacturing knowledge from other fast paced, high volume industries would be considered.
You will also be responsible for supervision and motivation of Production Operatives working with you on your line, ensuring that any issues are reported to management in a timely manner.
8 hour rotating double day shifts from Monday to Friday and a permanent 8 hour night shift available (No weekends).
