Business Process Analyst - Change and Design
Unique opportunity for a business process/ business change specialist to work translating and documenting requirements for a number of large-scale change and service projects.
You will be joining a buoyant international organisation coming in after several recent acquisitions as they kick off a number of cutting-edge IT projects.
Working closely with the Business Analyst team you will help model and shape the project design documentation using tool such as Lucid Chard or Visio.

Role/ Responsibilities
Document end to end process flows which ensure customer experience is understood
Identify areas to simplify processes and reduce waste through a customer-centric approach, making the process more productive, efficient and effective
Use analytics & data to assist with root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
Identify risks and dependencies, defining their impact and mitigating them where possible
Work alongside business analysts and product managers to build business cases and scope requirements designed to facilitate automation and efficiency across the product and IT landscape
Experienced in a customer facing role
Accomplished in using either Lucid Chard or Visio
Practiced at Project Management
Experience in a BA role advantageous but not essential
Ensure efficient processes and automation can be delivered without impacting customers negatively
Examine alternative methods, evaluate potential options, and ensure a practice of continual improvement
Act as a subject matter expert, identify and implement new practices, processes and technologies where required and share knowledge, understanding and expertise
To comply with relevant ISO9001 and ISO27001 operating standards
