An opportunity to join a leading food business as the Quality Manager, responsible for a mid sized team, acting as the no.2 in the overall Technical function of the business.
The business are growing quickly and have always been at the forefront of innovation in their sector, with new product launches and consistent investment in the latest technology. This particular role is an end to end Quality Management role where you will be involved in everything from managing the team, working with the Technical manager to maintain their BRC accreditation and making sure the quality systems are robust.
You will need to be a strong communicator, capable of influencing at a management and director level and driving a positive quality culture throughout the business, both on the shopfloor and in meetings. The role would suit either an established Quality Manager or a Quality Supervisor that is ready for the next step up. Ideally, you will be formally qualified in HACCP, Food Safety and Internal Auditing and come from a BRC accredited food manufacturing environment.
