Genepool Logistics are currently recruiting for an internal recruitment resourcer for our busy logistics division.
Working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm and based in our brand new Sevenoaks office in Kent.
The role will involve
Main duties
* Making quality outbound/inbound calls
* Registering candidates
* Adhering to right to work policies and compliance
* CV searching for candidates
* General administration duties
* Being able to work fast and support our account managers in filling roles on a daily basis
* General customer service duties (answering phones, emails, making calls)
* Providing high levels of customer service and support to our account managers, clients and candidates.
Requirements
* Previous Recruitment or Resourcing experience within a fast-paced environment
* A highly communicative and customer focused working style
* A motivated and positively minded outlook
* Excellent time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise within a dynamic environment
* Able to work fast and prioritise certain jobs
* Have great attention to detail
* Great customer service skills
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of MS Office
