Heathlands Care Home based in Chingford have a vacancy for a Facilities Technician, working 26 hours per week.
The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Technician to assist in maintaining and keeping our Home safe for our residents and staff. Duties include completing maintenance and repairs throughout the home and carrying out some upkeep of the buildings, carrying out routine safety checks and general decoration.
The Person:
If you have sound knowledge of property maintenance and repairs/decorating, we would love to hear from you. We need an enthusiastic, flexible individual who can effectively time manage and prioritize tasks, and be able to work alone and use their initiative when necessary.
Driving Licence is essential.
Shortlisted candidates will need to provide evidence of maintenance role in the past which is similar, ideally in a care environment but not necessarily essential.
