Experienced HR Advisor required for initial 3-month contract with immediate start??????
My client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for their manufacturing business located in Wiltshire.
They are a market leader within their industry and due to them going through a very busy period they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR team.
Within the role you will be responsible for supporting various departments within the business and other manufacturing sites within the UK.
The main function of the role will be supporting the HR department in all recruitment activity including processing applications, shortlisting, interviewing, and job offers for multiple roles.
My client are flexible with regards the role being full time/part time but you will be required to work 5 days a week.
The successful candidate will ideally hold CIPD qualifications and have worked within a HR Adviosr capacity before, or come from a recruitment background and be used to dealing with multiple vacancies at one time
