Our successful Broking client is looking to recruit another Account Manager into their Corporate team. This role can be a working from home.
You will work closely with your portfolio of clients, often supporting the Relationship Manager, but on many accounts, you will be responsible for all aspects of the client relationship as well.
Accordingly, to handle the requirements of these Clients you will need to have technical Insurance knowledge of property, liability and commercial motor.
The main responsibilities of the Account Manager role include:
Handling your own portfolio of Corporate clients
Providing day to day Insurance technical and advisory service to your Clients
Supporting your Account Executives through the renewal process
Preparing Broking documentation including insurance market presentations, slips and endorsements
Negotiating renewal terms on specific classes of business
Handling queries from clients and meeting them to ensure first class service To be a successful Account Manager you will demonstrate:
Commercial Insurance experience
Confidence advising clients
Experience negotiating premiums and coverages with markets
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Calmness under pressure For the successful Account Manager our client offers:
