The Role.
Are you looking to utilise your recruitment skills internally? Do you enjoy the recruitment buzz but not the associated sales targets? If so, this could be your opportunity to join our busy in-house function.
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Remote working flexibility
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter/Recruitment Advisor to join our developing, internal recruitment function. Operating centrally within the organisation and working closely with the Recruitment Lead, you will be a pivotal part of the Recruitment Team, supporting and advising all business functions across the company and helping to shape and develop internal recruitment practices.
With previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, you will be a clear team player, comfortable screening and engaging with direct applicants, as well as proactively sourcing passive candidates when required. With previous experience managing multiple vacancies, the Recruitment Advisor will be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business offering advice on best practice, and helping define sourcing strategies to drive an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process.
With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic working environment and be confident in helping deliver a first class recruitment service to the business. The Recruitment Advisor will engage in the full 360-recruitment process as well as contribute and lead projects in line with the development of the function.
Typical duties and responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:
* Internal vacancy briefings
* Utilise and update the central ATS, maintaining associated tracking information
* Advert compilation and maintenance in all media
* Sourcing, screening & interviewing
* Job board administration
* Coordinating meetings and interviews across company sites
* Attending interviews alongside hiring managers when required
* Talent Pool development & maintenance
* Support the Recruitment Lead with best practice toolkits, guidance and training
* Manage and maintain all relevant documentation
* Ad-hoc and bespoke recruitment-based projects
Skills and Experience
* Previous recruitment experience, agency or in-house
* Strong people and team/collaborative working skill
* External agency liaison & PSL review
* Effective sourcing and networking skills
* Offer negotiation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Strong administrative & time management/organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Experience utilising and maintaining ATS/HR Systems & job board platforms
* Pro-active problem solver
* Proficient Microsoft Office user
* UK Driving Licence
