Pool and Leisure Manager

Salary: GBP23,500

We are currently looking for qualified Swimming pool and Leisure leader, who have outstanding people skills, to work at one of our client's beautiful holiday parks. Our clients want their guests to have an exceptional time at their resorts however, it is vitally important that they are kept safe too! That's where you come in???.
We are looking for amazing team members who can effectively lead a shift in Activities and Leisure department, deputising for the Team Manager in their absence, giving our guests a great time, with memories that last a lifetime. You will also be fully in charge of the swimming pool along with running all activities and ensuring pool plant processes are up to date.
Ensuring all daily tasks relating pool/activities, Team Processes, and Safe & Secure compliance, are carried out to the required standards. Key Responsibilities;
Monitors on-shift service and tasks, arranging appropriate resource when needed.
Achieves and exceeds shift targets and key performance indicators.
Ensures all team on shift have the required skills and training required for their role.
Highlights team members with potential to develop to the Team Manager to support ongoing talent development.
Complete relevant daily administrative tasks including accurate hours worked recording, safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
Manage all daily Stock Processes, Cash Procedures and Cost Control in the department maximising profit and minimise loss.
Should hold a First Aid at Work / RLSS NPLQ qualification.
