My client based in Aylesbury is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work within their fun busy team.

The main purpose of this role is to respond to all customer enquiries appropriately to ensure that administration and policy servicing is carried out accurately, on time and to agreed service levels.

This role will require you to possess excellent questioning and listening skills, and to communicate with precise comprehension clearly in both verbal and written form.

You will be required to take ownership of your work by using your own initiative enabling you to problem solve. You must be able to work within agreed performance targets and have the ability to be versatile with business changing needs

.

Main Responsibilities of this role will include:

Handling call volume both inbound and outbound
Responsible for retention of customer policies.
Objection handling including but not limited to; policy cancellations, premium increases, claims decisions.
Support and advise Sales and Customer Service agents with complex queries.
Point of escalation for complex queries
Ensuring all documentation is professional and accurate.
Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all times
