On behalf of commercial law firm Page Personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join their Resourcing Department. The successful candidate will have the option to work at their state of the art Leeds City Centre office or remotely from home.
The role will be for low-volume recruitment, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a wide range of differing roles and the time to deliver a great level of service.

The role will be for low-volume recruitment, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a wide range of differing roles and the time to deliver a great level of service.
Description
Duties will include:
?? Direct sourcing to recruit high calibre candidates
?? Shortlisting candidates and telephone screening where required
?? Generation of recruitment correspondence including offer letters and employment contracts
?? Supporting new joiners with explaining the recruitment or onboarding process
?? Updating the recruitment system, external job boards and databases
?? Writing job descriptions and adverts to attract the best talent
?? Support with the management of our agency relationships including issuing recruitment terms, arranging agency briefings and organising payment of agency invoices
Profile
We are looking for candidates who have/are:
end to end recruitment process experience;
a skilled communicator who can build relationships internally and externally;
able to develop a good knowledge of the candidate market;
a pragmatic thinker with a passion towards best practice and candidate experience;
a well-developed commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the wider impacts of decision making. Experience recruiting / resourcing in the legal sector would be advantageous but is not an essential requirement.
