Description
Duties will include:
Open and allocate vacancy requisitions to TA Specialist via ATS
Update recruitment tracker & run reports where necessary
Post advertisements to relevant job boards and ensure hiring managers are set up correctly to receive applications
Schedule interviews where required and collect feedback from hiring managers
Chase outstanding candidate offer letters/on-boarding information to ensure a timely hire
Collate vacancy information for distribution to 3rd parties
Send out the weekly job bulletin to team members
Additional duties & responsibilities as per the needs of the team/businessProfile
