My client is a leading company who are going through an exciting period of growth.

Currently based in Newcastle but due to expansion will be moving to new offices in Gateshead.

They are looking for a Property Sales / Customer Service agent to join the business.

Duties and Key Responsibilities include;

?? Portfolio Administration and Pipeline Management

o Handle incoming telephone calls, written correspondence and voicemail messages.

o Maintain contact with clients or their representatives.

o Undertake outbound calling and act as first point of resolution for complaints.

o Prioritise workload to ensure timeframes are met.

o Undertake vacant property management including.

Administration of utility accounts, council tax, water
Insurance claims
Repairs & Maintenance?? Understand legal requirements relating to a Lease.

?? Liaise & maintain professional relationships with

o Internal departments e.g., Property Management, Finance and Compliance

o External supplies e.g., Solicitors, Surveyors, Estate Agents, Social Workers, Contractors

?? Data Integrity

o Accurate data entry on all systems and databases

o Accountability for the data held in relation to properties held within the allocated portfolio.

?? Contribute towards an environment where continuous improvement is encouraged by adhering to and monitoring end to end processes.

o Identify and suggest improvements to process.

To be considered for the role;

The role requires some exposure to the property market and an understanding of property lease management.

A Coordinator must have excellent organisation and communication skills.

Good teamwork is also essential in meeting the performance indicators and targets set within the business.

Experience in working in an FCA regulated environment is desirable. An understanding of the FCA and the responsibilities associated with working in a regulated environment is essential.

A minimum 2 years' experience working with the following Office 365 packages is essential.
