Office Assistant Customer service 6mth contract perm after successful probation

Our client is recruiting for a customer service, sales order processor position. They are looking for candidates from entry level upwards who are pro-active, committed and has a passion and drive to want to progress within an office career.

Working in a small friendly and busy team in their offices in Harlow. Very relaxed environment no pressure or targets.

As an office assistant/ Sales Order Processor, you will be:

• Dealing with customer orders

• Checking stock availability

• Sending e-mails

• Sending out samples and making follow up calls

• Inputting orders onto the system

• Dealing with suppliers

• Amending delivery notes

• Dealing with quotes

• Chasing up quotes

• Filing

• Spreadsheets

• General office duties

• Must have experience using basic Excel, for inputting data

Great starting salary negotiable

20 Days Holidays plus Bank holidays rising to 24 days holidays plus bank holidays

Great working days and working hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

1 hour lunch
