Working as an Administrative Assistant/PA for a successful company on the outskirts of Farnham, you will play a vital role within the business.

You will have proven administration/PA experience with a can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills.

As the Administrative Assistant/PA, you will have hands on approach and enjoy working in a fast paced and reactive office environment. You will be ensuring that good customer service is delivered at all times.

You will be able to communicate confidently and manage/prioritse your own workload.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Dealing with incoming calls & enquiries

* Liaising with contractors and ordering materials

* Obtaining quotations

* Management of the vehicle fleet including insurance claims and scheduling annual MOT's and services

* Document management

* Keeping an up to date and accurate log of project keys

* Typing and drafting correspondence

* Provide general administrative support to directors and colleagues

* Maintaining stationary, office and kitchen consumable supplies

* Dealing with incoming deliveries

* Plan in-house or off-site activities for example, lunch, celebrations, birthdays and conferences

* Providing cover for the Group's PA during periods of annual leave, including diary management, travel arrangements, dictation and typing for Directors.

To succeed as an Administrative Assistant, you will possess the following:

* Excellent communication both written and verbal

* Attention to detail

* Exceptional organisation skills

* Fast and accurate keyboard skills

* Ability to remain calm under pressure

* Wants to learn and progress

* Confident with Microsoft Office

Own transport required due to location. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.
