We are looking to recruit two Supply Chain Administrators on a full-time temporary basis, you will join us on a 3 month contract here at Furniture Village, and receive a basic salary of GBP22,500.

As one of our temp Supply Chain Administrators your main purpose is to manage all administration and financial administration with the supply chain department, always providing excellent customer service. You will achieve this through demonstrating the Furniture Village qualities and being a champion of our company values.

Key Responsibilities of our Supply Chain Administrators:

Responsible for all aspects of order acknowledgments (i.e., raising, sending, checking, and making amendments)

Chasing delivery dates and confirming lead times as necessary

All aspects of invoicing

Completion of packing lists for all deliveries

Fully respond to telephone enquiries within five rings and return calls proactively.

Updating all aspects of deliveries on the system and recording information to ensure you can advise customers correctly.

Contributing positively and effectively in all team settings and build strong working relationships.

Value opinions and be open to knowledge and expertise within the company.

Demonstrate commitment and reliability.

Positively reflect the company image through a smart and professional appearance

Actively communicating with suppliers and updating the internal system

Compiling all direct home delivery information ad sending it to stores on a weekly basis.

Completion of any reports requested by the supply chain manager.

Ensure you understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
