Food Production Operative - GBP9.61p/h + GBP390 Bonus, Knighton
Our client is a successful international food business, due to their continued growth & expansion they are now looking for multiple Food Production Operatives to join them for a 3 month period. As a food production Operative you will be paid GBP9.61 p/h and on completion of your 12th week you will be paid a retention bonus of GBP390+.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can be flexible in their working hours, as you will be on a 2 week fixed rota, this is in a 4 on 3 off pattern and looks like this -
Week 1 - Monday & Tuesday on days , then Wednesday &Thursday - nights.
Week 2 - Monday & Tuesday on nights, then Wednesday & Thursday days.
You will work 12 hours days, with the start times being 05:45am or 17:45pm.
Our client would need for you to be available for the full 12 week period, the bonus is only paid out on completion of that continued period of work.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure you & your working areas always adhere to Health and Safety policies.
Packaging pre made food products into a box for distribution.
Ensure all line quality checks, including metal detector and check weigher, are completed in a timely manner, legible and accurate.
Co-operating and working well with others throughout the Company in pursuit of team goals, sharing information and supporting others.
Be flexible in the approach to work, undertaking any other duties as required by the needs of the business and commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience and role level.
About you:
Production Operative experience (preferred).
Must be able to work shifts, AM & PM.
Physically fit due to the nature of the role.
Good communicator.
