We are currently recruiting for Conversion's Operator to join our client team based in Grimsby.
Permanent position.
Applicants will be trained in all aspects of the setting and running of conversion machines. Previous work with production machinery within the food industry would be advantageous. The position requires the ability to problem solve, complete process control and quality documentation and ensure required standards and running targets are achieved.
* Ideally worked 12 hours days and nights
* Machinery experience preferred
* Production experience essential
Applicants will be trained in all aspects of the setting and running of conversion machines. Previous work with production machinery within the food industry would be advantageous. The position requires the ability to problem solve, complete process control and quality documentation and ensure required standards and running targets are achieved.
Full in-house training will be given offering excellent long-term future career prospects. Working continental shift patterns, including days and nights, 7 days over a 2-week pattern.
Applicants must demonstrate a self-motivated approach to their workload, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy is required in recording of information to meet quality standards.
Previous experience within a food environment is preferable, but not essential.
