An excellent opportunity to join a growing business as a Health and Safety Coordinator. This role is 100% office based in Peterborough on a 12-month fixed term contract responsible for supporting the Health and Safety across the portfolio.
The role promises to be varied and challenging with duties including:

* Setting up and updating supplier details, annual liability insurance, Health & Safety documentation.

* General Risk Assessments - scheduling and co-ordinating site audits. Producing reports and action plans. Monitoring actions in the management system.

* Corporate Health & Safety support to include accident management, H&S inductions, staff training, first aid and fire awareness testing alarms and conducting fire drills. Assisting with producing and updating training material and records.

You will need to have:

* 3 years+ relevant experience and qualifications in NEBOSH / IOSH and / or other Health & Safety related qualification.

* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

* Excellent computer skills: competent in all Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel.

* Excellent commercial skills: demonstrate an awareness of commercial reality.

* Excellent people skills: building good relationships

* Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
