Our client is a successful and well-established company based in Alcester who are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join their team for temporary maternity cover.

Alcester Office based
Temporary (Maternity cover)
GBP10.60 - GBP13.25 depending on experience
Monday to Friday - flexible
Duties:
- Deal with routine HR enquiries in a friendly and helpful way.
- Manage resourcing and recruitment by promoting the Brand and using digital platforms to search for talent.
- Set up procedures and carry out paper and electronic filing for HR, Payroll and Training and Development.
- Work within the People Development Team and on improvements to the skills and training of our employees.
- Update HR database systems and prepare general HR correspondence, arrange interviews, job descriptions etc.
- Training administration to include booking course and obtaining purchase order approval, entering on HR records and into calendars.
- Work experience timetabling, health and safety paperwork for students, communicate with schools and students and mentor them during their time.
- Assist and lead on HR projects
- Relief cover for reception/switchboard and any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- HR experience
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality is essential.
- IT skills - Word, excel and outlook
- Team player
- Administration experience
