Newcastle under Lyme
I am currently recruiting for a Gardener to join a public sector organisation based in Newcastle under Lyme on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the Gardener include:
Providing an excellent estates and gardening service to communities
Completing gardening work required such as hedge cutting, weeding, grass cutting and strimming
Checking communal lighting and replacing faulty bulbs where necessary
Identifying and reporting abandoned vehicles, crime nuisance and vandalism
Maximising customer satisfaction on estates and responding positively to complaints, using them to help improve services
Ensuring health and safety inspections and checks are carried out on estates and communal areas as designated, and repairs notified to the Estates ManagerEssential criteria of the Gardener include:
Full UK Driver's License
Previous experience working as part of a commercial gardening or landscape team
Ability to use gardening and other equipment and carry out gardening duties (with training as required) Immediate start available
