We’re now looking for a Logic Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Logic Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating and quoting projects to clients and building strong relationships with key suppliers and internal departments.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage new enquiries from qualifying through to quoting to enable our Sales Team to focus on closing deals and winning new clients.

You will also play an important part in keeping communication flowing within our organisation and with clients, enabling the team to successfully close on projects.

Additionally, you will:

- Estimate and price up new schemes pre-construction

- Innovate new concept ideas to make and install our products more easily

- Maintain awareness of industry raw material price fluctuation

- Work closely with Project Managers to use best practice for manufacturing goods

- Update systems including loading schemes, key contacts etc.

- Report back on a weekly basis and attend monthly meetings

- Ensure all confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately

About You

To join us as a Logic Estimator, you will need:

- Successful, proven experience within a similar role, estimating for projects worth in excess of £100k

- Experience working within the construction industry

- The proven ability to practically understand manufacturing processes

- Evidence of working on several projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and to the expected standard

- Experience of working with relevant quoting and product systems

- Great Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel) skills

- The ability to read CAD drawings confidently

- The ability to work with, and explain, complex technical drawings in a clear, straight-forward manner

- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box

- A full, valid UK driving licence, preferably clean
