In the brand new role, you will be integral to our strategic plans to ensure we are zero carbon ready by 2050. You’ll be in the first port of call for queries about environmentally positive products for our properties and be a leader in implementing transition to reflect climate change and ecological impact from our activities, including efficient solar panels on our properties. As an ambassador for our sustainability strategies, you will influence those around you to understand the importance of change and encourage new ideas to achieve our environmental commitments with major regeneration in the area.

You’ll bring with you a deep understanding of environmental issues associated with large property portfolios and a passion for changing the impact we have on nature. You’ll be aware of grant regimes and the application process to ensure we are able to receive necessary funding. Analytical and meticulous, you will be accustomed to breaking down complex data and adhering to related regulatory requirements, whilst managing budgets and resources. You’ll be able to use technical sustainability metrics to build robust business models and corresponding investment proposals. More than anything, you’ll be prepared to challenge the status quo and be the driving force in innovative developments.
