The role
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for updating and maintaining stock condition, energy and asset data.
It has the following main responsibilities;
- Manage the collection of comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date stock condition data from a range of course, collating and recording accurately and consistently maximising the use of available IT systems.
- Review and analyse asset data to identify medium and long term investment needs and likely funding requirements to support effective investment planning
- Carry out tenant liaison including making and amending appointments by phone, in writing, in email and face to face as required, issuing appointment letters and other correspondence and dealing with general queries.
What we need
For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- GCSE or ‘O’ level standard or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Maths
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of Excel
- Excellent analytic skills to be able to review and utilise complex information
- Good organisational and administration skills
