The role 

This role is part of a team providing a housing landlord service to our clients sheltered customers. Please note this is not a care role

What our client need 

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;   

• Ability to work as part of a team 
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a changing environment 
• Ability to problem solve and be accountable 
• A natural empathy with older people 
• Understanding of landlord responsibilities 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience of engaging with customers 
• Access to a car for work

 The role has the following main responsibilities;   

• Providing effective customer service to their sheltered customers
• Ensure their sheltered schemes are well managed working with other teams  
• Work with their sheltered customers to ensure that fire safety risks are minimised

 A basic DBS will be required for this role.
