Job Title: Leisure Sales Specialist
Location: Yorkshire - Company Car, Laptop and Phone.
Salary: Basic: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 OTE: Excellent
Hours: As business requires
Duration: permanent.
Our client is looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic sales executive. A proven track record in a face-to-face Leisure sales environment is a must in, specifically Caravans.
You will be reporting into the senior sales Director on a day-to-day basis and aid them into driving sales for the business. You will spend a lot of time on the road covering clients across the Nort West of England and North Wales.
This job will see you working on a luxury 5-star premier resorts meeting clients onsite and offering a professional product within the Leisure Industry.
Successful applicants will be responsible for selling products on holiday resorts, while delivering exceptional customer service and interactional skills at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining long lasting relationships by ensuring satisfaction with these specialist products is maintained.
You will be expected to:
* Maximizing sales for the client
* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure your clients are well looked after
* Adhere to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practice and legal compliance.
* Develop and maintain relationships with owners, holidaymakers, General Managers internal and external customers.
* Gain feedback from clients on the services and facilities provided on park
* Resolving customer queries by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customers' shoes.
* Deal effectively and efficiently with customer concerns and compliments following the company guidelines.
* Maintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale these products are supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentation.
* Monitor and help proactively resolve after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
