TWO PART-TIME LETTINGS MANAGERS REQUIRED for September

Experience of site or leisure management desirable

We are looking to recruit two part-time Lettings Managers to job share as follows:

1. Two evenings per week and either a Saturday or Sunday (total of 18½ hours per week - plus two weeks during the school holidays)

Salary: H4 point 2 (full time equivalent £20,990 including the London Fringe Allowance)

Actual starting salary: £9,178

2. Three evenings per week and either a Saturday or Sunday (total of 23½ hours per week - plus two weeks during the school holidays)

Salary: H4 point 2 (full time equivalent £20,990 including the London Fringe Allowance)

Actual starting salary: £11,658

The hourly rate equates to £12.40 per hour.

Flexibility to cover when required.

Reports to: Site Manager and Deputy Head

Hours of work: 5.15 to 10.15 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

8.30 to 6.00 pm (Saturday and Sundays – includes one hour lunch break on both days)

Main areas of responsibility

Depending on experience, the work involves dealing with lettings and external users of the building during periods of hire, including opening the school and monitoring the premises and the safety and security of the building. Attention to security is very important to ensure there is no unauthorised access during the hire period. The role involves ensuring community users have everything they need whilst complying with all current Health and Safety requirements.
