Finishing Manager required for Regional Developer. Site based Gravesend. GBP44k - GBP48k plus GBP5 car allowance and package.

Growth has led to the requirement for a Finishing Manager to oversee a number of new build units in Gravesend . The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a number of units from second fix through to completion and handover stages.
The client would like to see CV's from candidates with current or previous experience of Finishing units in a Residential environment, with the ability to demonstrate the skill set required as well as a solid experience of working with Developers.
