Job Title Bar and Banqueting Manager
This beautiful, Georgian mansion, set in 10 acres of stunning countryside can boast that it is one of Britains most luxurious wedding venues!
Our client is looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced banqueting manager to lead this strong team in the running of these prestigious weddings!
The Role:
* The successful candidate will have a strong background in both food and beverage management
* Must have impecable presentation, attention to detail and good communication skills
* We are looking for someone who is engaging and calm and is able to teach and train staff to deliver superb service to the couple and their guests on their most important day!
Responsibilities
* Ensure site is set up in accordance with the couple's requirements
* Adhere to budgets and ensure sales targets are met
* Manage event rotas for Bar and Waiting teams
* Recruit front of house teams, train, develop and appraise
* Pricing, stock control and ordering
* Ensure that all risk assessments, Health & Safety regulations and EHO standards are adhered to
