The desired candidate should have:
* Strong technical and administrative skills
* Confident and diligent Job Runner customary in delivering projects challenging in complexity
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent working knowledge of BIM and REVIT software is desired
* Adobe Suite and Sketch-up would also be beneficial
* Ability to work within in a team and lead when required
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of liaison with Local Authority Planning Departments
