Business Development Executive

Here at Fresh, we are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development Team.

Playing a vital role, preparing high-quality tenders, bids and proposals to win new third party contracts to manage and operate schemes across the PBSA, BTR and Co-living asset classes, you’ll coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure best in class service, whilst promoting our brand externally.

Within this client facing role, the successful candidate will develop a network of industry contacts, whilst having the ability to provide an in depth understanding of the drivers of value in the residential for rent sector. You’ll be required carry out accurate research, producing documentation to be incorporated into pitches/proposals, coupled with ensuring our registers and databases are maintained.

About You

Candidates will be educated to degree level or will have substantial business development experience with good project coordination skills and the confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholders at any given time. Managing your own time, you’ll drive and develop your own work-stream with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities to ensure outcomes are delivered on time.

Experience within the Residential Investment sector would be desirable, however is not essential.
