About the role
Joining Accrol as a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to provide a world class customer service experience. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll ensure the needs of our customers are exceeded, standards are being met and problems resolved in a timely manner.
About you
To be successful in this role, candidates will have a proven hands-on approach in managing a team within a customer service environment, creating and implementing strategies, whilst successfully building partnerships with external customers. Efficient and organised, with strong IT skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, you’ll be self-motivated with the drive to continuously improve.

Established in 1993, Accrol Group is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter, producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll and facial tissue products for most of the UK’s major grocery retailers. We currently have four manufacturing sites in Blackburn, Leyland, Leicester and Flint.
