Training and Development Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience within training and development to become part of a business where you can add value. You'll have full autonomy over managing and coordinating training programmes and apprenticeships as well and coaching and mentoring where needed.

Description
The main duties of the Training and Development Manager are:
Act as key point of contact for L&D queries
Coordinate and schedule training
Send invitations to attendees and obtain feedback from course participants
Support the trainers in preparation of delivering training sessions
Monitor attendance figures
Run reports and pull together relevant data when required (Advanced Excel)
Onbaording
Ensure there are relevant policies, procedures and processes in place to support the business and your key stakeholders to identify training and development needs company wide
In collaboration with both internal and external key stakeholders. You will use your expertise to guide the design and development of training methods. Such methods will seek to maximise learner engagement and return on investment
Manage the company's list of preferred training suppliers, ensuring they deliver quality training at cost effective prices
Manage the company's internal/external training plans. Ensuring all training is delivered on time and within budget.Profile
We are looking for a Training and Development Manager that can hit the ground running and who feels they can add value and bring expert knowledge to the business. This is a fast paced role and you must be able to work under pressure whilst continuing to provide results. We want somebody who is commercially aware and ready to create and lead on all aspects of training and development across the business.
