Our client is an Edinburgh based investment firm who are looking for diverse thinkers for equity investment based roles, based out of their Edinburgh offices.
No experience within equity or investment is required, however candidates must be interested in long-term change and exceptional companies.
You will have 3-5 years' experience that has allowed you to build strong knowledge of how exceptional business models work and grow. This experience can have been gained in a number of areas, such as; advanced academia, high growth start-ups, strategy focussed roles, consultancy based roles, financial analysis or business growth roles.
What is important is that you have a definite interest in private equity, investment analysis and portfolio management.
The exact position will depend on applicants' interests and skills, but will be team-based and focused on long-term equity analysis in structural growth industries, with the intention that successful candidates become portfolio managers.
We're hiring for 'cultural add' not 'cultural fit', and interested in the trajectory of people's lives and careers rather than the starting-point.
