Job Role
A fast-expanding major player in the Wireless Telecommunication market place is seeking an experienced HR Advisor based in Warrington to provide advice and support, managing employee relations cases, recruitment and job evaluation for all practice areas and supporting functions.
As a HR Advisor your duties will include:
* Ensure all employee documentation is obtained upon employment and maintained throughout the employee's life cycle as necessary.
* Train hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques.
* Advise managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
* Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, providing guidance in respect of the selection process, ensuring the promotion of good practice and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Conduct the first day HR induction in conjunction with the HR Assistant for new joiners, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of induction as required.
* Complete the probationary reviews for staff and advising line managers/Heads of Department on necessary action arising from performance or conduct issues and find appropriate solutions.
* Manage staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they may have.
* Support the HR Manager with various investigations including grievance and disciplinary.
* Assist the HR Manager with organizing annual appraisal process and manage information and documentation.
* Organise and manage all aspects of maternity, paternity, parental and unpaid leave and oversee re-integration on return ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Assist with sickness & absence cases, conduct return to work meeting in conjunction with Team Managers as required.
* Assist with developing recruitment campaigns.
Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00hrs (Mon-Thurs) & 08:30 - 16:00hrs (Fri).
Successful candidates will receive:

An ideal HR Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Must have previous experience working within a HR environment.
* Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Must be highly proficient with Word, Excel and Formulas.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a current full UK driving licence, as you would be required to travel to other offices on occasions
