Born in 2015, we have grown year on year and with more exciting plans in the pipeline - WE ARE HIRING for the vital players in the next chapter of our story.
The role of a Recruitment Researcher is important as it lays the foundation for the recruitment consultants to do their stuff. You'll spend the majority of your time online, digging deep into the world of LinkedIn whilst becoming familiar with our vast database and multiple job boards. Using both creative and standard method of research, you'll become an expert in all things tech whilst headhunting and market mapping will become just two of your key skills.
You must have a love for research and enjoy immersing yourself in every task you take on. You will be analytical, self-motivated and have a natural drive for success and a inquisitive mind.
In return for your passion and commitment, you will enjoy a fun and inclusive working environment which has been known to include lunchtime games of Pool and after work drinks. In addition to this, there will be a bonus which will reflect your success and achievements.
