Job Role: Account Manager
Pay Rate: GBP21,500 + Bonus
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday - Office Hours

Duties will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and advisors
* Diary management
* Handling complex enquiries and escalated complaints until resolution
* Investigating order issues
* Working towards targets
* Negotiating discounts
Skills/Experience Required:
* Customer service experience essential
* Complaint handling
* Ability to work on own initiative and independently
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* SAP or One View experience desirable
