Customer Service Specialist (12-month FTC)
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB2 0AX
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Full time, 12-month FTC
Hours: 8/8:30AM to 4:30/5PM.
About The Role:
As we rapidly expand, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Mission Operations Team on a 12 months fixed term contract.
The key requirement for this role will be placing customers' orders daily. You will be also supporting our customers by dealing with queries, quotations and orders. Other admin duties will also be required.
About Mission Acceleration Team:
Our Mission Acceleration Team is made of enthusiastic specialists, focused on delivering a world-class service to our customers, globally. The teamwork is organised in a Mission Acceleration/Mission Prep set up. You will be part of the MAC team where the primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers' orders are placed within the expected deadlines. Our communication skills are impeccable, and we use multiple channels to communicate with our customers and internally. Our teams use various applications to process orders and to communicate with our customers efficiently
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Placing US and EMEA orders
* Proactively resolve customer queries, liaising with other departments when appropriate
* Manage their own admin around the orders placed, providing quotations, processing credit notes etc.
* Proactively contact customers with information about their order
* Own their customer data ensuring that information in our systems is accurate at all times
* Support other team members when needed and with an enthusiastic mindset
* Recommend promotions and product alternatives to customers when appropriate
* Look for ways that you can continually improve how you do your job
About you:
You are a proactive and reliable individual with 'can do' attitude. You have some customer service / customer-centric experience and can demonstrate excellent customer service awareness. It can be experience within sectors such as Retail, Gaming and Leisure & Tourism.
Fluency in German, French or Spanish is desirable; however, this is not essential.
You have experience with order processing as well as excellent attention to detail. You can prioritise your workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Most of all, you have a positive mindset, love helping people and take initiative to solve queries!
