Our client a Global supplier of Ingredients and Flavours based in Kent is seeking an experienced HR Assistant, due to business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their HR career in a growing business. The key responsibilities will be:

* To provide and undertake administrative support relating to all HR activities

* Support recruitment, starter, leaver and induction processes and raise all relevant documentation

* Organise and maintain personal records and internal database

* Ensure payroll instructions are prepared and submitted on a monthly basis

* Provide support for HR projects and daily activities as requires

* Support organisation of social and charity events

* Prepare HR related documents and minute taking

* Absence Management

* Any other ad hoc duties that may be required

Other Key Requirements:
