My client based in Trafford park is a Logistics function that supports a Paper Making and Converting manufacturing operation on site. They have the following task areas supporting those operations:
A Door -Supplying materials
Broke operator - Collecting broke (waste paper) from all operational areas, loading broke conveyors, storing and supplying broke batches
Middle Position #2 - Supplying Parent reels to Converting, storing reels, prepping reels, loading reels onto a transport system and of into storage
Middle Position #3 - Supplying Parent reels to Converting, storing reels, prepping reels
Import and Export - Loading and unloading Parent Reels (upto 2t reels) storing reels in Parent Roll storage areas
We currently have three positions to fill, all Middle Position #3, requiring to use a Long Fork attachment, Pole attachment & a 2t clamp attachment.
Base rate of pay GBP11.25 per hour
Attendance bonus of GBP0.50 per hour based on all rostered including overtime shifts attended OTIF
4 On (2 days / 2 Nights) 6 Off rolling shift pattern x 12 hours
All new candidates require a site safety induction, completed by either Mark or Claudia followed by an internal FLT assessment. If successful then the candidate will be scheduled to shadow one of our colleagues for 8 shifts training before qualification to the position full time.
Trafford has COVID safe measures in place and this will be covered during induction, the expectation is that all procedures are followed on site.
They will book an assessment for this role.
Candidates must get 25 out of 30 in test 1
Candidates must get 4 out of 5 in test 2
Candidates must meet at the security lodge upon arrival
