Machine Operator

Great opportunity to join a successful business. This role is working a day and night shift. The night shift can be completed in 4 nights, shift allowance paid.

Main Responsibilities of the role:

To set and operate designated equipment and machinery to manufacture product in line with Quality specifications and in accordance with the Production schedule.

To assist and provide technical support for the continuous improvement and development of manufacturing processes.

Experience:

* Set up run Punch crush / Tangless Coiling machines

* Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly

* Support AEUS/ Coilthread to fulfil customer requirements

* Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards

* Measure components using dedicated Measurlink software

* Perform coil changes

* Adjust/replace tooling

* Use EFACS

* Provide quality product within customer specification

Essential skills for the role:

* Good mechanical skill set

* Machine timing experience

* Good time keeping and attendance

* Ability to maintain high standards

* Ability to work within a team environment

* Computer literate
